Martin Bryant has been incarcerated in Risdon Prison in Tasmania for three decades for\u00a0 crimes it is almost impossible for him to have committed. And yet even critical thinkers say ” we may never know” , or,\u00a0 “we need more evidence”.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>There is ample evidence pointing to a massive cover-up as to the nature of what was a well planned strategic operation at four sites on the one day with multiple actors and agents. There was\u00a0 very controlled media coverage, judicial and police corruption and highest level government involvement. Martin Bryant took 5- 6 months, mostly in solitary confinement,\u00a0 before he confessed under duress to crimes.\u00a0 There was no trial. The Coroner refused to continue investigation because he may have conflicted with the Supreme Court finding.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

On November 22, 1996, Martin Bryant (in picture at Risdon Prison) was sentenced by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Tasmania William Cox (in picture) to life in prison.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
November 22, 2026 will mark 30 years since an innocent man was unjustly imprisoned. A total miscarriage of justice.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Bryant received 35 life sentences for murder, plus 1,035 years for other offences related to the 1996 Port Arthur massacre. All sentences were ordered to be served concurrently, with no parole.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
What Cox didn’t tell you though at the court hearing, not a trial, was that at that time, Bryant was under a Guardianship Order with the Tasmanian Government.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
In October of 1993, a Tasmanian court placed Bryant on a Guardianship Order under the Mental Health Act.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
On April 22, 1994, his Guardianship case was heard by a judge in Tasmania, but Bryant wasnt even there, he was in London. They did it without his knowledge.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
At his sentencing hearing for the massacre on November 20, 1996, none of this was mentioned, and that is why he was never given a trial and why he was pressured to change his plea from not guilty to guilty by his second lawyer, John Avery.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
As a result of the Guardianship Order, by law, Bryant was not competent enough to make any plea, and that’s why his government appointed lawyer, John Avery, who was also part of the conspiracy, was acting more like a prosecutor than a defence lawyer for Bryant.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Martin Bryant was stitched up by the whole lot of them, and all of his inherited assets left to him by Tattersalls heiress Helen Harvey were seized, and his $1.2 million a month in tattersalls royalties inheritance money that she also left him and that the Tasmanian Govt stole was icing on the cake, and then they took your guns, and now they are coming for the innocent farmers guns as well thanks to the Bondi Massacre, another false flag event for gun control in Australia.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nAccording to mainstream media reports, Martin Bryant did not have a driver’s licence. In fact he had been convicted in July 1994 for being an unlicenced driver of an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle. <\/span>
\nDespite never holding a licence, he was apparently the registered owner of a yellow Volvo sedan and a blue Honda Civic.<\/span>
\nThe yellow volvo was the car they said he used to drive to the Port Arthur Historic Site before he carried out the mass shooting.<\/span>
\nThe media are also telling you that he had a fear of getting his licence because sometimes he would grab the steering wheel when he was a passenger in the front seat of a car, and that this impulsive behaviour of his led to at least two prior crashes…\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

\nmother was in the rear left passenger seat and Ashley was in a child\u2019s seat in the back on the<\/span>

\nI am mildly short sighted such that I can not read small writing unless I am close up and<\/span>
\nalthough I wasn\u2019t wearing my glasses at the time, I could see quite clearly anything that was<\/span>

\nAs we approached the toll booth at the entrance to Pt. Arthur, I saw a BMW, which I think was a<\/span>
\nwhite colour, stopped on the road and it was in our lane facing us. On the left hand side of the<\/span>
\nBMW I saw a yellow Volvo station sedan which was also facing us but was on the correct side of<\/span>

Many people associated with and others not involved at Port Arthur are calling to re-open the Coronial Inquiry that was cut short when the Supreme Court accepted a guilty plea from alleged shooter and intellectually-disabled, 29 year old Martin Bryant who now languishes in Risdon jail in Tasmania.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Tasmanian Coroner at the time, Ian Matheson, in a letter to a family member of a shooting victim said he would discontinue the Coronial Inquest because his findings, based on the evidence before him, would go against the Supreme Court verdict after Bryant was coerced into pleading guilty.
